2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a major technical issue that prevents you from using our service, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days, you may request a refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a higher-tier subscription instead of your intended plan, you must contact us within 48 hours of payment.

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our support, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
